It looks like you found the reason why he said it is sitting low on one side. By the look of the other one I would say the whole car will be sitting low tomorrow.

Anybody who`s tried to find grille parts for a 69 will know that the grille will probably fetch $500.00. It might make a good parts car for someone.

When I had my 69 notchback for sale a few years back, everyone wanted me to sell them the grilles and fenders. Seats/tracks, fenders and grilles are worth way more than that price.

But it is nice for some to warn others when they see a problem with a prospective project car.

Yup, the T-bar mounts are paper thin! Looks like it has been in salt country all its life.
