69 dart Horn....horns?

My 69 dart Swinger came with one non working horn in a box full of parts I got with the car. I see when I look at the wiring at the front of the engine bay, there are two connectors.

Did this model car come with two individual horns?

Any help is appreciated.

Yes. Should have 2 horns, one "Hi", and one "Lo", tones.
