did the 273 cars that came with 7 1/4 rears have any with 10 in drums????

My 66 is a 273 car with a 7 1/4 rear end and yes it has 10" SBP drums.

Yes.
According to my literature all factory 273 CID a-bodies came with 10" drums. Both 66 Dart 273 (2 bbl/903 & 4 bbl/904), I once owned had 7¼" rear ends with 10" drums.
Notes:
For sales and production scheduling purposes, the V-8 & /6 cars were assigned different series numbers from 1964-1968 MYs. For instance a 66 Dart GT /6 would have been a series BL1P, the V-8 would have been a series BL2P.
Not all 7¼ rears are equal, however. All disk brake cars made >73 had BBP regardless of rear end size.
/6 cars with HD brakes (65 & 66) or disk brakes also had 10" drums.
