'70 318 Exhaust Manifold Bolts

It's been sometime since I have had the opportunity to work on a small block. I am replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets and bolts and I seem to remember that these bolts are "wet" and require thread sealant. Can someone please confirm. I have looked at my service manual and cant seem to find any information. Thanks in advance!
 
The wet ones are the end ones on each side (4 in all) and they have studs in them from the factory with those conical washers and nuts (and yes they require sealant). That way if you need to take the manifolds off there is no water involved...
