I don't know about the bumper things but if it had fender turn signals there should be holes on them where they go on at. That is if it has the origanal fenders.
I'm in St Johns county (St Augustine). I'm like 99% certain fenders are original (a little Go Mango peekin' through) - bumpers probably original as well so my guess is no to both, but I have seen some with both, also don't have gutter moulding but have some extra I may install (looks better to me). No build sheet found. Thanks.

I don't like the look of either myself but the gutter mouldings do look nice. I would put a set on if I had them.
