I have this from a 1970 Dart parts lot I acquired. Unfortunately, not in "great condition". PM me if you want more info.

This is the wheel you are looking for, right? three spoke with hard rubber padded center 2/3rds horn ring? PG Classics has new wheels, but they aren't cheap, you still have to get the center section and the right horn switch thing that goes between the center part and the wheel. I can help you with those if you get a wheel
This is the new wheel I got from PG Classics for my 70 Dart GT. I'm usually hesitant about PG's quality, but this was really nice. They have had them available in green.
