70 Dart, How to move Headrests!

I cant move either one. There up a few inches off the seat. I sprayed some lube down the shafts last night, and will try again. Any tips? There in good shape so I want to be careful.

On My 70 Duster -- I put a small piece of wood under, and over, a pry bar and pried up. -- There's a spring type of clip inside of the seat that will release. -- In My case the head rest came out - no problem, and went back in OK.

Man that's crazy they get that stuck. Thanks, I'll give it a try.
