70 Duster 4 speed project

I have a 70 Duster in need of Resto. Its Vitamin C,4 speed,power steering, 318 car with the 8 3/4 in it. passenger floor has been replaced front to back, metal behind the rear tires has been replaced, not the best weld job, but it newer metal. the rest of the car is solid. The car has been stripped ahead of bodywork, I have about everything for it minus Engine, Tranny and front seats. The Car is in Portland Oregon, I have interest here, but wanted to get it out on the web. If interested PM me I can get more photos as needed, and can chat on the phone about it.
