700R4 GM in a Swinger?

this is exactly one of the options i was considering. any ETA on when you might be driving it?...and if you don't mind, how much was it delivered?

Hope to be driving my Dart sometime this year. The exterior was just painted two weeks ago. It's still at the paint shop waiting for the interior and underside to be painted and then final buff/cut/polish.
I had my trans built a few years ago. You should probably check with Extreme Automatics to get a current price. Also, you may not want all the options I did.
I also considered Art Carr at California Performance Transmissions in Huntington Beach before I decided on Extreme Automatics. Art first told me he could build what I wanted but later changed his mind and didn't want to build me a reverse-pattern trans. I found out from Extreme Automatics that they had manufactured the components for Art. I see on the current CPT website that they're advertising 200-4R transmissions from $1500-$3200 without convertors.

i had talked to Art Carr last year. i was ordering the brackets for fitting my winters shifter to the 904, and said they could build a trans, but were pretty fuzzy on how much it might be. i'd also looked at Extreme and was leaning that way

hey @ocdart, i forgot to ask earlier, did you need to do anything to dial in the Reid bell housing like you would a 4 speed scatter shield?

I don't believe so.
My Dart is still at the painters for final cut and polish - should be home in the garage sometime in August (the painter's wife is ready to "pop" with their first child so, understandably, there might be a delay).
The engine is still on the stand and the trans is sitting on the garage floor so hasn't been behind a running engine yet. It was mocked in place with the engine so the trans mount crossmember could be installed and all went well without any issues.
