I am trying to complete a few things that were left unfinished on my car. Question is does anyone here know if a 340 car should have a two or three hole breather for the passenger valve cover, looking for the correct one. Also where to purchase the two clips that attach the fresh air cables to the air cleaner bracket. Hoping to finish my car this weekend. Thanks

Dont hold me to this but I think 71 only was the three nipple breather.
For the clips, try shakerhood.com or maybe tommy the chryco.

If it's a N95 California emissions on the fender tag, it gets a three nipple as part of CAS system. (edit: the 1971 system is called CAS for federal cars and California cars got a NOX system too that's complicated).

And it will have the return line on top of the passenger inner fender.

One small one goes to return line
Other small one goes to carb bowl breather vent nipple on top of carb.

Awesome! thanks so much for your help, it is much appreciated.

Do you have a 1971 Repair manual? It lays out the CAS system pretty good.

this is from the 1970 service highlights book
