I just pulled the gas tank out of my 71 Dart Swinger. On the top it has a little metal plug and a label that says pull plug to drain fuel from tank or something like that. If you look inside the sending unit hole you can see the bottom of this upper tank above the main tank. Was this some crazy extended mileage thing or part of the 4 line evaporative emissions stuff. I have another 71 tank that just has the single vent line above the sending unit, weird.
