For fun only, here's the shoulder belt originally installed in "european" Demon :

A true "3-points" system, and english made*. Front seats only, no belt in rear.
The original 1971 Hamtramck buildsheet of my Demon stipulates "No belt" as US belts were not homologated in Europe.

* English made probably because in 1971, european Chrysler International headquarters were located in England.

My Duster was built for export and imported to Austria in 1971, The seat belts pictured above were homologated for Austria in 1971 - seat belts were mandatory in Austria from 1968 upwards.

My Swiss 72 Demon has completely different automatic retractable 3 point seat belts with different mounting.

I suppose that during the '60s & '70s every european country had their own homologated seat belts
The ones I posted was for Belgium (and probably for France too).
