Just made a deal to purchase a 72 Dart Swinger, small block, auto trans. Pretty nice shape overall. 8 3/4 rear end, mags, Pretty much all original interior, in good condition. 1 tear in the rear seat. Guy was doing a restoration on it, lost interest, and sold it to the guy I'm getting it from. No rust that I could find, plenty of undercoating.
Claims the engine is a 318. Has roller rockers, alum intake, headers, Edelbrock/Carter type carb. Oh yea, and a Chevy HEI distributor! I don't know how that got put in there, but there it is! Runs with the choke on, but otherwise wont idle. Sitting for 4 years may have gummed up the carb. Will be picking it up soon, I'll post some pics.
