I need some advice on converter choice for my 727.My car is a '67 Coronet, stockish '74 440 HP with a Comp XE262H (218/224 @ .050"),Edelbrock CH4B intake,& an Eddie 750 carb ,2.94 rear with 27.4" dia. tires. Comp says a stock converter will work ok with this cam.I don't have a stock converter but I do have TCI Breakaway,#141200,24 to 2600 flash stall,& a Mopar Performance P4876878ab,166K FACTOR (?) 1250 TO 2350 stall.I don't know how these two compare to each other, but would either one of these work ok for my setup? I use this car as an everyday driver & do a fair amount of highway driving.I plan to use an original (Hemi style) trans cooler. I just rebuilt the trans using stock type frictions, 3.8 lever,5400 rpm governor & a TF2 set up in the mildest form, with the Shift command mod.

Of the two I would use the tci. Should be about the right stall. Make sure to get the right flex plate if externally balanced.
