I have a 727 with a deep cast aluminum pan and reverse manual valve body and FTI 3400 to 3600 stall . Trans has low miles on rebuild less then 3000. Valve body , stall and pan have less then 100 miles on them and only around 8 passes at drag. I paid 655.00 for the converter 150.00 for pan 215.00 for valve body. So with that said I just put over a 1000.00 bucks in the trans. It shifts great in every gear and very firm. I have about 1300 total in it and would like 800.00. I sold the 340 it was bolted to . I can ship via fedex no problem. Trans is still in car not surte if I have a pic... If you never heard of FTI converters google them or talk to Gregg he is the owner and he built mine. They are great people. I will seperate the converter but would like 500 shipped .

Still avail? I really need a converter with 3000 stall though. Not real knowledgeable about trannies... Will this handle 550 to 600 horse? I've got a 70 dart swinger with a 360 SB so I'm guessing this will fit fine. I live at 98270 zip for shipping. Pm if you still have it!
 
I still have it and its awesome should be great for what you need. It would really wake it up and you will feel it
