I thought I would offer the car here first since you guys have been helpful to me with this car and you know what you're looking at.

Original 'H' code 340 console auto
Body is very nice and straight. No bondo or rust anywhere. Floors as nice as body.
Black cherry paint is older but shows very well.
Car is all steel except for hood. All factory glass.
Car is back halved with frames ties. Four link with coil overs.
Car is tubbed with 29.5 X 12 X 15 Hoosiers out back.
12 gal fuel cell with Holley electric pump'
Battery relocated to trunk with cutoff out back.
Electric fan with aluminum radiator.
Squeezed 8.75 rear with 4:56 gears, spool and Strange axles.
I have owned this car for 2 years and installed many upgrades.
NEW Painless wire harness for entire car, eliminating troublesome bulkhead connector.
All lights, signals and horn work for street use.
NEW 1 wire 100 amp alternator. NEW gauges with LED lighting.
FRESH rebuild of 727 trans with heavy duty clutches, RMVB, new TCI flex plate, new PTC 4500 converter.
Hurst Quarter Stick shifter
NEW TTI long tube headers. 1 7/8 primaries with 3.5" collectors.

The motor was in the car when I purchased it. I don't have much info on it but it is a 318 LA block
with 360 heads, adjustable rockers, Victor 340 intake, Holley 770 Avenger carb, MSD box.
The plan was to build a 360 stroker (Sitting on stand right now) for a street/strip car but never finished the motor.
I made 8 passes with this motor running in the 12.30 to 12.40 range on the Hoosier street tires. Obviously, not stock internals.
With '60 times @ 1.80, I know this car can do better....but I don't have the time and my local track just closed.
I'm looking to get $25k for the car. It would be hard to find a nicer body than this.
Thanks for looking

Bill

Update: the engine builder saw the ad and contacted me with more info on the motor. The internals are all 340. KB forged dome pistons that were cut down to 11:1 compression. 340 six pack rods and forged crank. 360 heads were ported with 2.02 intakes with 1.6 adjustable rockers and port matched to Victor 340 intake. No wonder it runs so good!
