'73 Dart with TAILFINS—anyone seen this car?

I snagged this pic from a Craigslist ad in 2010, and it's been bouncing around my hard disks ever since. From time to time I try to find more pics of this car, but I haven't had any luck. Anyone know anything about this car? I think that's a New Jersey licence plate on it.

I like it ;
but if it was mine, I wouldda done it
to an early 2-door Scamp/Swinger, with long doors,
for it's nicer tail lamps, and
without the stinking Pontiac-beak, and
without the vinyl top, and
either no stripes or one stripe, for sure less in-your-face ones.
And;
some nice aluminum wheels,
more attitude, and
dual exhaust with extended tips.
and just maybe a big ol' antenna on the trunk, lol.
oh, and my 25 yearold wife in the front seat, in a period costume ........

Naw, if this had been Exner's work, there would've been one tailfin and three taillights on the left, one fin and one taillight in the center, and no fin and two taillights on the right!

The angle of the rear of the fin does work with the angle of the quarter extensions and deck lid.

Looks terrible, makes the 73's look even worse than they already do. I don't like the 73 or 74 darts, I do like the dart sport.

let's just say that I have intimate knowledge about the Dartillac and I am not at liberty to say whether there is or is not technology from mother Russia aboard.

suffice to say, it's very Cuban in sprit and execution; and mostly mopar.
