73 Disc brakes

Please refresh my memory . We picked up a 73 Dart Sport the other day, has the big bolt 4.5 lug pattern. What all parts need to stay together to install on pre 73 cars ? Does this also have the big upper ball joint Control arms ?

Upper control arms, spindle, disk, caliper bracket, and caliper.
Yes they are big upper ball joints.
