Old quarter panel repair on both sides. It was probably mid to late 70s early 80s repair work. I say that because the panels were spot welded with brass. Whoever did it did a fine job. But it was long enough ago that the repair panel rotted.

Thanks for watching 73scamp360mag.
Are you using a v belt or a serpentine belt? Just curious, is it in too far or out too far? Show us a pic of the alignment from one side or the other or both. maybe we can figure it out with you.
I have a 73 Plymouth scamp with a 360 magnum. What pulley system are you using, I am having an issue with the water pump pulley. I have the same water pump

jrc4y4 i was always a big fan of these cars. I prefer 70 to 72 but these were good too. Thanks for watching. postcar.

My first car was a 72 scamp I got in 2004 and still have. I assumed I’d find a Duster or Dart since you see more of them. My neighbor’s friend had a 72 but wasn’t for sale, but that introduced me to the less known a body. Just happened to find one at the right time when I found mine I guess. The 73-74s don’t get the same love but over time I think most of us have warmed up to them, especially when done right. It will be exciting to see this one done. You guys are doing a great job.

Honestly I couldn’t be happier with how everything is turning out on this thing. Dad definitely is putting his skills into play here lol I can assure you that the excitement grows by the day. Figure while I’m here I’ll throw up a picture or two of some stuff that hasn’t been shown yet so enjoy!
