I've got a 1974 Duster, it came with two different bumpers, a beat up and twisted '74 bumper and a near perfect '75 one, I can't get the '75 bumper to mount up properly it seems to be about a half inch wider on both sides. I looked for the '75 mounting brackets but couldn't find them, I did find the '70-'71 brackets though, would the '75 bumper mount up to the '70-'71 brackets?

The 75 bumper will require the shock mounts. Early 74 bumpers and earlier were solid steel mounting brackets. The 75 Bumper is quite different than the 70, 71 and the brackets won't work.

Thank you, do you have any idea where I can get the mounts?

You will have to get them from a wrecker. No body repops them that I know of. I switched my shock mount bumper for the 73, early 74 bumper and recessed it to get rid of the rubber space filler. You could use the 75 bumper with the 73, early 74 brackets (still need to get from a wrecker), but you would have to drill new holes to mount it. The spare holes could be filled with bumper bolts and still look fine. I considered this before I found the nice 73 front bumper I ended up using.

Alright thank you, I have the 74 brackets, I'm going to try and get a custom coaster plate made for it.

75 bumper and brackets adds quite a bit of weight where you don't want it....
