Is the windshield tinted, how about scratches and were in Ohio?

No not tinted...and im not sure about scratches at the moment as its at my shop...as far as I remember it being in pretty good shape for its age. I have been keeping it around in case I need to ever replaced mine but now I need the space and it has been wrapped in cardboard since I took it out....also its in chillicothe ohio
