I read through as much of this forum as I could in hopes I would find an answer without posting, but no luck. I want to ditch the brake booster on my 74 Duster with factory disc brakes, Can I use my current M/C or do I need a different one? & Do I need the adjustable pushrod ? or do I use one from a manual brake A-body? Thanks guys.

You can use the same master cylinder but you'll need either a stock manual pushrod or the adjustable type and the little rubber o-ring to hold the pushrod into the back of the master cylinder. The master cylinder also needs a groove in the back of the piston. My power brake master had it.

This is exactly what I've done on my daughter's 73 Duster.

Thanks,
Ken
