i put a t56 in my duster. i didnt figure out how to hook up a clutch saftey switch so as a temporary fix i just jumped one of the wires with 2 male spade connectors on the nuetral saftey / reverse light harness up at the firewall.
did the stick cars back then have some kind of switch on the clutch pedal or something so you cant start it without depressing the clutch pedal?
i dont have a wiring diagram, how did the nss work with the 3 wires? im guessing one wire sends power to the switch and the switch switches it to the solenoid or reverse lights? i thought i jumped the 2 wires and never got any reverse lights, they did work before i did the swap.
