74 Scamp Emblem color

Hey guys, new here but I've come here for help before. Finally decided to make an account.

Anyway, im in the process of rounding up 3 emblems for my 74 Scamp. I believe that the emblem is supposed to have the black lettering. I've also seen a couple that are all silver and one with white lettering. Are the silver and white ones a year thing or does the color change dependent on the posistion its supposed to be placed? These are emblems, not decals.

Yeah I thought they were supposed to be black. I guess those other ones were painted those colors.

Super T did you want to sell those? They look great.

I believe there are a couple of different colors they can be. I had a set that were white that were factory.

Cool cool. I guess the rate for an emblem would be between 10-20 bucks. But yours could go for 30 each if someone really wanted one. There in that great of condition.

I bought a few off e-bay. Spent about 10-15 on each. Pretty decent.
