74or 75 Dart Sport K frame questions answers ASAP please

I need to know wether a Dart Sport K frame with disks on the 1974 or 1975 build years will be able to be bolted in place of my 68 Dart front k member and drumbs? I need to know because I don't want my car sitting any longer I need to see if this will work so I can get the car running on the road. Thanks very much for all your help in advance

Don't the upper control arms and ball joints have to go with it? :

Now that you mention it yes they do. The ball joints are larger then the earlier.

Upper controls arms and swaybar if you're planning on using the swaybar.
