I gotta a 75 dart swinger it leans to the pass side iv changed shocks leaf springs tie rods etc and it still does it iv been told it could be the torsion bars I know this is pretty common on a bods but what causes it and how do I fix it ?

Take a little weight off that side and turn that torsion bar up some, and make sure that the mount at the back is not getting soft, with poss rust.

Yes, adjusting the ride height by turning the torsion bar adjusters is part of a front end alignment. If you find you've run out of adjustment, the torsion bar is about to break or the k-member or rear anchor crossmember is bent or broken.
