'76 Charger steering column help

Good evening Sportsfans. I recently took the ignition switch out of the car, but have forgotten how to button everything back up now that I've replaced the switch.
The car is a '76 Charger Daytona, 400-4bbl, auto on the floor, with a tilt and cruise steering column.
Boy does it suck to have the memory of a crack ***** :BangHead:

I think that this is the correct order.
And then the metal ring gets pushed down and holds everything in place.
The round plastic piece with the brass? ring on the back is partially broken. I don't know what it's called, or what it even does.
The turn signal lever is hanging because my turn signal cancelling cam is broken, and the pot metal piece that is in it and the lever screws on to, was broken. And now I can't find it.

Yes! That’s it. I hate that locking plate. Flimsy. I left mine out on my ‘79 Magnum.
