8 1/4 LBP Rear End in a 68 Valiant

I'm looking to put an 8 1/4 rear end in a 68 Valiant. I used to have a book that told me a cross reference and what could bolt right in to different cars. Unfortunately I am unable to find it now. Would a Volare or Aspen rear end bolt up or would the axels need cut? Does anyone have a website that tells you what parts are compatible with different Mopar?

volare is to wide, you would need one out of a late dart or duster.

You should be able to use anything from 1967 up to a 1976 Dart or Duster in your 68 but for LBP it should be 73 and up. I took the whole driveline from a 1974 Valiant and put it in my 68 Valiant and it bolted right in. Any A body parts should drop in. Volares are F body.
