8 1/4 Rubber Bumper

I'm about to have my 8 1/4 blasted and painted. On top of the carrier that connects to the flange there is a support plate on top with a rubber bumper. I'd like to replace the old bumper. Any ideas who might sell the rubber bumper?

Will the bumper from the 8-3/4 work?
It's all I've been able to find.
