ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH A 8.25 REAR AXLE WITH CHRYSLER FACTORY DISC BRAKES.I HAVE ONE I WANT TO SELL.3.55 POSI.LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE SENT ME MESSAGES THAT IT CAN'T BE FACTORY.BUT IT IS.THE REAR AXLE CAME OUT OF MY 73 DUSTER.I KNOW DUSTERS DID NOT COME WITH REAR DISCS.BUT MAYBE THE BRAKES CAME OFF ANOTHER MOPAR?IT IS A BODY LENGTH,BECAUSE I PUT IN A 8.75 OUT OF A 72 340 DUSTER PARTS CAR WE HAVE.THEY MEASURED THE SAME.HOW BOUT SOME INPUT GUYS!! :thumblef:

Some early 70's Imperials came with rear disc brakes. The rear brakes on 9-1/4's, 8-1/4's and non a-body 8-3/4's will interchange. This is probably what they are if they are not aftermarket.

Yeah I Was Going To Bolt Them On My A Body 8.75 Till I Noticed The Studs For The Axles Are In A Different Place.the 8.75 Was On The End And The 8.25 Are About 1 In.in From The End.would Have Been Nice But Drums Are Ok I Guess.i Just Installed B Body Drums.so At Least They Are Bigger Than A Body.
