Are these for a small bolt pattern a body 8 3/4?

Yes there is.

The difference should be in the width of the brake shoes attached... The 2 1/2 backing plates are deeper to accept the wider shoes and drums..

I'm pretty I'm pretty sure these came off of a b-body which would make them the two and a half inch brakes
