Flea bay has them all over the place. Different sizes and shapes. Search "Brake Tee Block"

I prefer original ones. The new ones do not have the right curvature for the axle tube and does not sit flush like it should.
Somewhere around 72 or 73 was when they switched to the one with the hose crimped on.
