After a few requests I've finally cleaned up some of my used 8 3/4 brake line fittings. They are brass and polish up very nicely on the wire wheel. After that, I clear coat them to keep them that way. I also have the special vent bolts that have a "check valve" in them.
This is the fitting that bolts to the 8 3/4 housing. The rubber flex line goes in one side and the two steel lines that run across the tubes of the rear to the backing plates go in the others.
There were two types, a "Y" fitting that was used up to 1970 and a "V" on 71 and 72.
They are interchangeable if you are bending new lines.
Dr Diff sells these new for $18 for the block and $18 for the bolt. I'd like to get $18 for the pair plus shipping from Savannah,GA which is $8 in the US.
This sale is for ONE SET either the "V" on the left or the "Y" on the right in the picture below.
Merry Christmas & Thanks for looking!
