8 3/4 rear end identification

Hello Mopar Brothers and Sisters. I have an 8 3/4 rear end in a 489 case with a suregrip. At some point I would like to have another for a spare or at least the carrier. The question of the day is. If I happen to stumble across one, Is there any way to identify if a 8 3/4 rear end is a suregrip by looking at it (is there an identifying mark) without taking the cover off? Have both wheels off the ground, Have someone hold one wheel, while you turn the driveshaft/pinion. If both wheels try to turn the same direction it is either a limited slip or a spool. If one wheel trys to turn the opposet direction. it is a open rear.

Some 8 3/4 have a round tag on one of the carrier studs that calls for sure grip additive. And BTW there is no cover to remove on an 8 3/4, it's a 3rd member carrier chunk like a Ford 9"
