I'm putting a rear end together 8 3/4 741 case. Are the yokes interchangeable between 741, 742, 489. I know that there are fine and coarse spline pinions and small and large U-joint yokes, but will two yokes of the same spline interchange if the source rear end case is not known. I have a few yokes, but have no idea what rear end case they might have come from...
