moparofficial makes a good point. use a combo joint. or smoke a joint. lol
 
All I need is a 30 spline slip yoke. It's not really that important which u joint it is for. I will get the appropriate matching drive shaft yoke when I make up the shaft.

Here is a local place not far from me that makes and services driveshafts... They make them from scratch for me using all new parts, including slip yokes...

You may be able to call them and see if they carry the one that you are looking for...
