Is that from a 1973 340? And does the S indicate it came from a stick?

If you can verify that I'm interested.

You can PM me.

Thanks.

FYI, the "S" is at the end of all the numbers and does not denote use for a stick car. There is a separate number for each useage. At this exact moment, I do not know the number for a manual transmission '73-340 carb. Will PM later when I find out.

340's only used the smaller 1 3/8" primary TQ. In '74 the 360 got the 1.5" primary version. Most big blocks had the big one and the 360's got either one later on, depending on the application.

I'd like to know what it is. Hell, I really don't care if it's the bigger on. In fact, I may like it better, but I know tune up stuff is hard to get so I'd like to be able to tune it up if I did it

He's done told yall what it is multiple times. Are yall blind or what? A 73 440 Thermoquad WILL BE an 850 AND HAVE 1 1/2" primaries. The number decodes to a 73 440. That's STAMPED ON THE BASEPLATE.

HELLO?
