904 to 727 whats the proper drive shaft length

Just wondering how much shorter I will need to make driveshaft when I go from a 904 to a 727 in my 71 dart

Hope this will help. I know the yokes are different and the 727 is a few inches longer

The proper length is the one you measure in your car once you have the new tranny in. Some folks have posted up to a 1/2" difference from the chart.
