Vintage Dixco, Dixson soda can tach. This is the 7 UP version. It is untested, have the unopened bottom , inside they contain wires, hardware and instructions. Nominal signs of wear. Great for your drag car, rat rod or just a conversation piece in any vehicle. Asking $180.OBO

Very cool, never seen one before, wonder how it was offered when new? Maybe you sent in your proof of purchase or ordered it thru 7up? Looks like it mounts with the can, on the bottom it has 3 holes, I bet the 2 small ones are for a bracket and the other is where the wires go thru....I'm gonna research this one more! thanks for sharing!
 
I seen a set of these on ebay a few months ago still in the box. Also saw an add for them. They came in a variety of "flavors".
 
Maybe there is an installation template in the can to so you drill the holes correctly. If it was closer I could go look at it for someone. It's a few hours north from me.
 
That was/is actually manufactured about an hour away from me. I have family that lives in the town it was made in. That thing would make a great add on to any drag car ;)
