Cam across a MP, p5249060AB, 6 qt 360 oil pan in a parts book. Anyone have it on their early A? Is it shielded by the K? Would a skid plate help for a street car? THX

That’s a rear sump truck pan. It Won’t work outside of its built purpose.

rear sump is for pick up trucks...will not fit passenger cars...you need a center sump pan.

1974 Challenger 360 engine oil pan is what you need for an (A) body. Center oil sump. This is a 5 qt pan. Other people will chime in and maybe tell you different? That's ok. But when it's all said & done. I bet you order the 1974 Challenger oil pan.
