l put a query to the seller, but have yet to get a response. I tried not to sound like a d**k about it. I just asked if the $7500 reserve is accurate, not a typo.
The Drivers side is super rare and almost impossible to find. I know a guy who is asking $10K for a set. The ones you seen for $750 were 383 Manifolds. The passenger side is all the same but that drivers side is 440 only A Body manifold is the money shot.
well, the driver's side is nice. He has advertised them as new, but the RT side is obviously not new. The passenger side is missing the heat riser. It's kinda hard to see, but the spring is missing and the shaft for the valve has been replaced with a bolt.Just to reaffirm some of what has been said here...no, $7500 is probably not a typo. If anyone is doing an "M" code RESTO...and I emphasize RESTO...will want manifolds and not headers. Headers did not come on these cars from the factory. Maybe ask "rlcbit" on here as he's had a few of these "M": code cars (has one for sale right now). $7500 maybe a bit ambitious, but they are pretty nice.
for me it`s all about go , not show. Always has been, always will-------------A person restoring a M code Dart or Barracuda would not want TTI headers if doing the car total OEM regardless of cheaper. If and I say if a guy really needs the OEM as built for their car manifolds then this is what they will seek out. I dont think TTI headers are part of the equation/ consideration to the person who wants these manifolds. But the price on these is crazy high....I guess a home run out of the park is what will win this game for the seller?

the 10 grand ricblt wants for those manifolds is 1/8 the asking price of the m code dart he is selling. also thinking that if he is a collector of big block darts then why does he want to sell the m code dart.
and $1700 is a more reasonable price for a set of these manifolds, I could even agree that $2500 is a reasonable price but not $7500 or 10 grand.
Just think of all these manifolds that got dumped in the trash heap!
I had 69 440 Dart a long time ago, and of course I dumped the Manifolds for headers. Hooker I think. That car was ratty but damn it was quick!
Absolutely. Back in the day, very, very few of us looked that far ahead. I remember helping a friend of mine put headers on his brand new forest green '70 396 Chevelle. I distinctly remember asking him what he wanted me to do with the old CI exhaust manifolds. He told me to "pitch 'em", so I threw them in the garbage can.Just think of all these manifolds that got dumped in the trash heap!

They a set at the natsjust as nice and 440 numbers 950 and they are still laying on the tableThe Drivers side is super rare and almost impossible to find. I know a guy who is asking $10K for a set. Highly unlikely....probably 383 manifolds saying they will fit 440. BUT hey, ya never know!!!!!They a set at the natsjust as nice and 440 numbers 950 and they are still laying on the table

I'll give you $2950.....Just kidding, blewbyu had the first shot thru you....i'm just seeing the post now.
Dave you know they are not a 440 manifold set. I figured what the hell and would give it a shot.
