Originally I thought these boosters were all the same size and the same for drums or disc. Apparently the 67-69 is about and inch shorter than the 70-72. Anyone have any experience or knowledge between the two, and why the difference? I have one of each and need to get one rebuilt for my 67 Dart, that is getting disc brakes. Anyone have a booster rebuilt by both Booster Dewey and Harmon Classic Brakes? I'm sure they are both good, any bad experiences?

Typically, disc cars used a dual-diaphragm booster, and drum cars used a single diaphragm. Putting discs on a drum booster gives an odd pedal feel sometimes.

No issues with Booster Dewey ever, although they're actually Power Brake Booster Exchange. I hear Dewey retired.

Both these boosters I have, are dual diaphragm. They didn't start using the single diaphragm till 1973.
