A-Body newbie... interchange question(s)

Hey Guys -
I ought to be picking up my 75 Dart Swinger next Wednesday and have started to search for some parts and just some general information.

I'm wondering if you can share some basic knowledge about what kinds of parts might interchange between various years, makes and models...

you know, panels, glass, interior and exterior trim... things like that.

I would like to get my hands on the trim pieces for both the front windshield and back window but wonder if by only looking for 75 Dart Swinger trim I might be limiting myself.

Please school me!
 
The stainless reveal moldings for the front window are all the same 68 through 76. The 4 door model windshield is approx 2 inches taller than the 2 door models but trimming the A-pillar sticks is easy enough. Keep this 2 inches in mind when searching for the interior plastic trim.
I dont know about that rear window. I do know they changed but I dont know which years and models will interchange.
 
The back glass trim is the same interchange... '68-76 2dr hardtop. Other items will depend.....some fit '63-76.....some are '75 only.
 
Swingers didn't change much from 74-76, aside from the 5mph bumpers the bodies are identical. Interior pieces will also be generally interchangable through those years.
 
No, glass is the same but the gasket and trim are different. '67 has a lockstrip whereas '68-up has stainless mouldings.
 
some one said that the black glass is diffrent in the 75 or 76
