A-Body sets new record at Bonneville

-
Thats Blo fish built by Rad Rides by Troy. It had an exit speed over 315 (!) mph and is powered by a Mopar R5 P7 motor twin turbo. Congrats to the team they have been trying to go over 300 for a few years now.

I love speed... but FORGET THAT. those guys have steel balls.. CRAZY COOL

Had a four cylinder originally that if I remember correctly they blew at Bonneville a couple of years ago.

you all are right, not too shabby for a small block,THIS IS A NASCAR ENGINE with turbos,800 hp 9000 rpm with a single 4 barrel, still very fast, cool it's a mopar, just not a A engine,it's a total raceing pakage,$$$$$$$ but man wouldn't it be cool to have an n/a nascar race engine in a street a body.remember 800 hp and 9000 rpms gotta be fun...

Those guys work real hard to make that car what it is and maintain it. Last year they had trouble getting it down track and had tire spin at 280 plus mph. It had enough room and power but they couldn't get past the resistance of the air without spinning the tires. Looks like they fixed it!!
