I was kicking around ideas, and thought, hmm, how awesome would a Duster wing car be?
So I took an old factory pic, and changed it up a little in photoshop:

What do you think, is it do-able?
 
i have seen a dart/bird.It was different,and looked decent enough.I would like to know if the 318 4barrel decal like on the fender of the pic is avalible some were,id like some for my car
 
I designed the 318 4BBL decal in photoshop.
I want to get some made for my Duster.
When I do, I'll let you know. :)
 
Yes i to have seen that ? I think tx or ark was blue on top and red side white bottum .
I like yours though . same color ??
 
I like it!!! Now you got me thinking.where would you get a nose??? The wing piece of cake with fiberglass. but the nose......
 
I wanted to resurrect this thread. It stuck with me.
IMO this is a great idea and actually lookes better on the Duster than the B Body parent car.
It's not so long as to be unbalanced.
If someone could come up with a kit, I'd buy one for one of my Dart Sports and get rid of the parrot nose.
One kit could fit both cars, almost.

Lets not forget that hideous 67-69 Cuda that had the wing and nose cone on it that was floating around here a while back. It was some sort of green if I remember correctly...

Well, (he says in a huffy voice), SOME people think it's a good idea on other Dodges.

All those that really like the parrot nose (I've got them) and don't have a 70 front clip to put on, raise their greasy hands.

I actually don't think any of those cars look any worse than the original 'birds or Daytona's. And they're not nearly as BIG as those. I wouldn't buy any of them, but then again, I wouldn't buy a 'bird or a Daytona either. Now if someone wanted to give me one...:D

I have seen some pretty hacked up Mopar's with those big wings though. I think it can be done right, but for every one that's done right I'd bet there's a dozen Joe Dirt cars...

While I don't hate it, I absolutely don't like it at all either. One good thing is My car would actually look pretty cool parked next to one of these !

I you aren't someone having to live with a Dart Sport front clip, you got no vote.

OK, the beak isn't horrible.
Just saying I would do a Dayton Dart if I could.
