If a tree falls in the forrest and no one is there to hear, does it make a sound ?
Answer, NO, due to the propagation of sound waves if there is no "recording" entinty to perceive the disturbance of propagated waves there is no actaual "sound".

The answer is YES because he won't have sense enough to NOT tell the woman what he said.
From a tried and true, " Couldn't keep his mouth shut " !
