A100 wiring harness

Asking for a friend in TN- Does anyone know who makes or sells engine, dash, or lighting harnesses for A100 van?

Nobody makes that for the A100’s, some “early vanners” have used Painless but their products are ridiculously overpriced. Some have used EZ Wiring (was planning to go with them but haven’t gotten around to it yet) at a much better price. Either those two or others out there can be made to work but all will require routing one wire at a time, making terminations and ultimately wrapping/bundling.
