Google 03 hemi truck pedal. It's a cable to a sender that would work for you.

How is the kick down being addressed?
Mine will be DBW. I thought I saw were someone did that. Generic cable from the transmission to a throttle body. They just clamped the generic wire on to the TB cable....Are you planning DBW or DBC?
If you are doing DBW just use your throttle cable hooked up to normal linkage that is not hooked to carb.
I thought I saw someone just drill a hole in a DBW pedal and run a cable thru it.
There are solutions out there to make whatever you are doing easy. Thankfully lots of dudes have done the swap.
It does, kind of anyway. I would just be curious to hear from someone who has done the switch. There has to be tons of fuel injected Hemi swaps with a 727/904/46RH/? out there.....I thought I saw an assembly just like a carbed setup, only not hooked to a carb. Drilled a hole in the DBW pedal, and ran it like a normal throttle cable hooked to a transmission cable. If that explanation makes sense.
Man, that sure looks like the answer. But DAMN!, $700 bucks! But, it looks like the best way to adapt/retrofit my 46RH to my Hemi.....
You are probably right. And I wouldn’t even dispute rather it’s worth it. I think you are probably spot on with what your buying. If you want others to build it and kit it, you need to expect it to have a price tag attached. I’m just thinking, again like you, I may be able to engineer something for less money. Guess this is where the saying about why they call it a hobby comes from. It ain’t cheap for sure....BTW, BPE is pricey compared to other places, but....
You are buying experience with that purchase. Randy will talk to you all day long if he isn’t swamped about your project and give advice. Some guys ***** about the prices, fair enough, but you are paying for more than just the piece.
Like wise.Yeah, some dudes are all do it yourself, and that is great. Some guys don’t have the skills or the time. Cool too. IF you don’t like it, don’t buy it or take your business elsewhere. I am somewhere in between.
Good luck Brother
How much are you asking?Anyone that might be interested...
I have a 518/46RH unit with a 3G HEMI flexplate, 618 internals, rebuilt and ran for a short time before switching to a 5 speed manual.
Not sure if this was directed at me but this one is a lockup type. The trans and converter look as if they were built yesterday. Very clean. It does need the controller to function though. I got this trans in a collection of parts. The prior owner has a 70 'Cuda and he switched to a 5 speed manual.Ron, that is a solid deal with the internals.
LU or NLU?
I bring it up as TC may come into play if you have or want to use what you may have.

Just an FYI, I had was using manual switches and had rounded up pressure switches to use with my BB/A518 swap with Sniper injection, but then I saw the Comushift mini kit so I got that. It works really slick for something with a TPS. Another side note is that I was going to use the AC cut out feature on the sniper to turn the OD off instead of the vacuum switch normally used.
