Super easy to confirm. The OD bellhousing has three separate bolt patterns on the transmission side and it has a 5.125" center hole.

What's the difference between the car and truck version?

I got some info from both bellhousings. The truck bell is from my 82 D100, the part number is 4202505. The A/F bell is from a late 70's Volare, I believe. The number is harder to read, but after much scrubbing and looking, it appears to be 3743643 (those may be off a bit, it was really hard to read). Inspecting the two side-by-side indicates they are almost the same. All the measurements, holes, etc look to be identical. In the photos, the black bell is for the truck, the shiny one is for the car.

The big difference I see is the attachment method for the throw-out arm. The truck uses a ball stud, the car uses a slotted clip.

The two throw-out arms are virtually identical, except the truck arm is about a half inch longer.

Hopefully all this can help find a bellhousing.
