Any guess
Yep ThanksDid you make this? It's pretty slick !!
ThanksI dunno what impressed me more....TJ's "guess" or your workmanship!
Nice. How much? For a 67 barracuda power steering.
Allot more interest than you would think.I was thinking about making a few to sale but I don't know how much interest there would be for them.
I made a tool if I can find I will post it.2nd question: How in the hell did you get the pin out the end? Murdered one with a sledge and it didnt budge. I wouldnt think these would be in this tight as the coupler prevents them from dropping out. Interference fit, yes but not 60 ton press fit!
Thanks but with time and parts I would need about 60 bucks apiece do you think they would be worth that?Allot more interest than you would think.

I just made it because I didn't like the way stock ones was.
I had about 34 bucks in the seal and bearings. The 6061 Aluminum was a drop. But I can buy 6061 for about 10 bucks a foot. I have a manual lathe so the Machineing is slow. So about 1/2 hr on mill so I come up with 60 buck total. I would need to make 5 or 6 of them to make it worth my time. So I guess if I could that some people that would take them for sure I would make them.A good part is well worth that. The OE rubber plastic seal bushing is priced at anywhere from $35 to $50.
I mostly see the $50 price.
Looks like nice stuff there T. Soon as you get some made up start a sale ad and hang on tight. You will be busy making them. CNC lathe?I had about 34 bucks in the seal and bearings.
